Manifold blocks
JMS Systemhydraulik, now an integral part of Specma, was a manifold block pioneer in Sweden. With our combined experience and expertise we now create effective solutions for industrial, marine and mobile applications.
When working on a customized manifold block, we start by designing the hydraulic solution, and then analyze how the block will be mounted in the application. We have the capacity and the know-how all along the chain from design to production, checking, cleaning, assembling and testing.
We work with our own design teams who use Autocad, Pro-Engineer or Inventor. All design is done in our design departments in Sweden while production, assembly and testing is done locally, close to the market where the product will be used. Each stage is controlled by quality system processes. The manifold blocks are test run according to instructions and all measurements include cleanness measurements are filed in our records, prior to delivery.
Choice of manifold block material and how the block is armed are determined by the nature of the application. We also choose suitable surface treatments according to where and how the block will be mounted.
