Worldwide manufacturing

Our production is mainly based in Scandinavia and in China for maximum cost effectiveness. We also have global production resources in USA, Finland, Brazil and Poland. Our workshops are the market’s most outstanding, dealing with design, manufacturing, mounting, testing and quality control. We have one hundred percent control over everything we produce.
 
The right skills in the right place
We have specialist departments for power packs, manifolds, hoses and pipes with expert assemblers in each area. Our assemblers have wide experience in complex systems building. They are all quality conscious and every job is completed with care and attention and thoroughly checked.

Personal accountability throughout
Our assemblers work independently with large personal responsibility. They are responsible for the entire process from picking control, cleanliness checks, assembly, test runs, pressure testing, certification, type classification and acceptance tests with the customer, right up to final checking prior to delivery, all in accordance with our quality system.
 
Development and training
Our staff undergo continuous development and training so that we can always offer our customers the best solutions. In conjunction with our suppliers and through external training programs we maintain a high level of skills in our staff and they are always up to date on the very latest developments.
 
Certified staff guarantees quality
Our goal at System Division is that all sales, design and assembly staff should be certified in accordance with the Swedish Association for Hydraulics and Pneumatics.
