We carry our tensile test, burst test ISO 1402, flex impulse test ISO 8032, impulse test ISO 6803 and hygiene analyses. Through close collaboration with external laboratories we can also carry out other tests for instance aging, ozon and UV tests.
Specma is unique in testing complete assemblies in our own testing facility, where we continually develop and improve our hose assemblies and fittings. This means we can supply as long a service life as possible for complete hose assemblies.
Flex impulse test ISO 8032 (link) is a combination test where the hose is subjected to powerful pressure variations while in motion and to high temperatures. This type of test serves as a guide for selecting hose and fitting combinations for the most demanding applications with high levels of motion and pressure pulsation.
Impulse test ISO 6803/SAE J 1405 is a test where the hose is subjected to powerful pressure impact at high temperatures. This test ensures that hose and fittings meet standards.
